I believe males who comit sexual assault are hypermasculine beacuse hypermasculine men typically have a callous sexual sttiude and believe that violence is manly. Also they are more likly to loss control. Men learn hypermasculine behaviour when they are at a young age. When men are young they are taught to be aggressive, forceful, tough, and domination. Also they are led to believe that women want to be dominated. Older criminals may for motives of power and control, theres ones are more likely to harm their victims. Younger offenders may be seeking sexual gratification and are less likely to harm their victims.
